Specializing in perinatal mental health and supporting modern-day moms to prioritize self-care, manage high expectations, and navigate the challenges of motherhood

Let's face it, being a modern-day mom is tough! We're stretched too thin, juggling a million things while our own needs simmer on the back burner. High expectations, limited energy, feeling like we're just treading water – sound familiar? Let’s change that narrative. It's time to put your needs front and center and toss those unrealistic 'perfect mom' myths out the window.

Ever heard the saying, "It takes a village"? Well, sometimes it feels like that village is on a long vacation. But don't worry, I'm here for you.

I’m Ami, ready to help you rediscover that elusive front burner. We’ll chuck out those outlandish expectations and work through this often exhausting journey together. I'm right there with you, navigating the beautiful chaos of raising three kids. I understand the loneliness that can come with motherhood. In our sessions, I'll provide a safe space where you can unravel your emotions, find practical solutions, and learn to prioritize self-care – all essential for supporting the awesome modern-day mom that you are.

Ami accepts Aetna, ASR, BCBS, Cofinity, HAP, PHP, Priority Health & self-pay clients.
